Changes are not uncommon whether from architect or the designer/engineer or just simply site decisions. While most of the Electronic Document Control Platforms do provide daily and weekly notifications, nothing can compete with a dedicated professional monitoring, reporting and taking action where necessary. Avoids unnecessary delays and allows time to resolve if any issues or problems arise thus improving mitigation approach and quality.

Status A as built drawings on time is the difference between achieving completion and release part of the retention, which improves cash flow. It is not uncommon that not all information is readily available to allow issuing of as built drawings.
